Welcome to our Chatbot Service (“Service”), delivered by Findhelp Information Services. This Service uses OpenAI technology and integrates with cords.ai to help you discover government and community-based mental health, non-clinical health, and social support services near you.

By using this Service, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Purpose of the Service

This Service is designed to assist users in locating local, non-clinical health and social services. These include, but are not limited to, mental health resources, housing and food programs, income supports, and other community-based services.

Findhelp Information Services uses data from cords.ai and AI-powered conversation to offer tailored suggestions based on your needs and, where available, your location.

2. Use of Location Data

To help find services near you, this chatbot may access your location through:

  •  Your device’s IP address
  •  Your browser’s location services (if you allow access)

If you deny access to location data, the chatbot can still assist you, but some recommendations may not be relevant to your area.

3. AI-Generated Responses

This chatbot is powered by OpenAI and provides responses based on your input. These responses are informational only and are not a substitute for professional advice, medical care, or crisis support.

If you are experiencing a crisis or need immediate help, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your area.
